The Emme restaurant, inside the Boutique Hotel Margutta 19, has just opened its doors but already has an exceptional admirer.
It is Rosario Fiorello, who previewed the menu - with an international soul and attention to short supply chain products - developed by chef Daniele Ladaga (in the photo on the right with Fiorello) with the touch of Giovanni Moncada, returning chef from Denmark to coordinate the new brigade.
If you pass by Rome... you absolutely must try it!
