New Year's Eve at Emme Restaurant to welcome the arrival of 2020 in the gourmet lounge of Rome

Rome, 28 December 2019 – End of the Year at the table at Emme Restaurant, in via Margutta, to close the old year in the best possible way and bring the best for the Year to come in the gourmet lounge in the heart of Rome.

For the 2020 Christmas Eve table, the Brigade led by chef Daniele Ladaga will welcome guests with a welcome toast Franciacorta Berlucchi Blanc de blancs 2015. For the entrée Sashimi of amberjack, pomegranate, dried fruit and mint, followed by the scampi tartare, buffalo mozzarella and tarragon to finish with veal bolito with citrus fruits, parmesan and green sauce. Cod in cooking oil and chickpeas will be the central dish before the grand sweet finale with chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream and a fantasy of traditional Italian sweets consisting of panettone, struffoli and nougat, all prepared by the expert hands of Pastry chef Maria Chiara Serges. Immediately after the stroke of midnight the new year will be celebrated with a cascade of auspicious lentils and cotechino. It will be Barbara... who will create the wave of music by interpreting a repertoire of easy jazz and pop standards.

Spending the New Year's Eve evening at Emme Restaurant will therefore be a gourmet experience to be enjoyed in the most charming lounge in the historic center of Rome, which has already won over celebrities from the world of entertainment such as John Travolta, Fiorello, Donald Sutherland and Veronica De Laurentis, daughter of the splendid Silvana Mangano and Dino De Laurentis thanks to Emme's precious gourmet cuisine and the magic of via Margutta.
